Where can I find FREE iPhone to computer transfare software?

JanJust found out the only way to sync my new laptop with my iPhone and not lose all the stuff on the phone is to use an iPhone to computer transfer program, I googled it and all I was able to find were free trial versions that let you transfer like 5 files - there’s over a thousand on the phone! So where can I get some adware, spyware, and malware free software for this that doesn’t cost anything? I’m broke.
Frankly speaking, it is true that we can save some money by download a free software from the website and use it to do our work.
But, free software is always having computer virus or functional limitation in it, which is quite annoying. And it has occurred to you. and it’s really annoying.
